We describe our storage and accessories as accurately as we can. Colors and finishes can appear differently on different screens, and there is some variation between production batches. Small differences between an image and the item you receive are normal and not a fault. Where a supplier does not publish a specification such as a material or a weight limit, the product page says so rather than estimating one.

Installation guidance is general

Any care guidance on this site, including washing temperatures, drying and fabric handling, is general advice for typical gardens and patios. Sites vary: check your own soil, surface and local fire rules, and use a licensed tradesperson where a fixing or a structure needs one.
